I've based this beautifully restful colour on one of my all time favourite Cornish places ?- ?Crantock Beach Sand Dunes (picture was taken on New Years day 2013.)
This place rests my soul. And looking at this colourway on this gorgeously soft yarn, does the same thing. The Exmoor base (from jarbontextiles) is so unbelievably soft to the touch, it's heavenly to work with.?
Shown on 4 ply Exmoor (a natural pale grey colour available in 4ply, and with a blend of 60% Superwash Exmoor Blueface, 20% Superwash Falklands Corriedale, 10% Zwartbles and 10% Nylon, it's going to be wonderfully durable without being scratchy.
I'm creating a sweater with this yarn, and it's so lovely. ?(You'll be seeing this beauty knitted up over the coming weeks if you follow either my Facebook page or my Instagram account.)
And when it's done, it will be my comfort sweater.?
All of my yarns are dyed with professional grade light and colour fast acid dyes in a smoke and pet free environment.
As the yarn is hand dyed, no two skeins will be exactly the same, so it is best to work each row with alternate skeins when working on a larger project.?
