Hand Dyed Yarn in Tomorrow's Hope.
This is my brand new Colourway, which I created in my dye pots on Friday 31st January. In the UK it was Brexit day, and whichever side you were on, it was a day in history that will forever change the future.
I felt that creating a bright, rainbow colour, full of promise and hope for tomorrow was a perfect way to spend that particular day.
Shown on 4 ply Sock Yarn (75% Super Wash Merino/25% Nylon) 425 mtrs approx. per skein, and the very soft Poldale base (80% Super Wash Wool - Corriedale & Polwarth/20% Nylon.) 400mtrs approx. per skein.
Poldale is a favourite among knitters & crocheters, and is great for all types of projects, including socks because of it's nylon content. It is so unbelievably soft, and most definitely passes the squish and cheek test! I love it so much, I plan on creating a sweater in the Poldale as soon as my other projects are done.
The Tomorrow's Hope on the sock yarn, I am intending to create a long, knee high pair of socks. It's just perfect for that I think. :)
Sock is just a term used for the yarn base, and it is in fact beautifully soft, and is in no way limited to making socks with! :)
Available on the base of your choice. (if your choice of yarn base isn't shown, please message me to place your order.)
All of my yarns are dyed with professional grade light and colour fast acid dyes in a smoke and pet free environment.
As the yarn is hand dyed, no two skeins will be the same, so it is best to work each row with alternate skeins when working on a larger project.
Please note that colours may look different on various monitors, tablets and mobile phone screens
